Saturday 25 July – Wildlife Discovery sessions
Meet Chesworth Farm Volunteer Centre
One hour sessions at 10.00am, 12.00 midday and 2.00pm
Cost £2 per child, accompanied by at least one adult (free)
Wildlife Discovery sessions for children (age 5-12) . Learn about wildlife on the farm, accompanied by an HDC warden and our volunteers. You have a choice of one of three sessions across the day. Sunday 26 July – Coffee morning drop-in
Chesworth Farm Volunteer Centre

Free event, all welcome
Meet for refreshments at our popular monthly event (last Sunday of the month), hosted by our volunteers. Tea, coffee and soft drinks plus homemade cakes are offered between 10am and 12 midday. All visitors welcome at the Volunteer Centre barn in the centre of the farm. Plenty of seating, indoors and out. We don’t make a charge for refreshments however a small donation is always welcome. This event is every last Sunday of the month, at the same time, up to November 2026.

Saturday 8 August – Litter picking task
Meet Chesworth Farm Volunteer Centre
2.00pm-4.00pm
Our regular litter pick around the Chesworth Farm site by volunteers. We also look out for minor issues, repairs to report, and the like. Followed by refreshments and chat for those who wish to stay a little longer. Monthly, every second Saturday of the month.
Saturday 22 August – Bird Ringing Demonstration

6.00am-9.00am
Cost £4 per person
Early morning bird-ringing demonstration led by Jake Everitt and his fellow licensed ringers from the Horsham District Council countryside team.
