Hay cutting on Chesworth fields to start between 28/7-31/8, depending on weather & lasting for approx 7 days.

Termtime children’s events at Chesworth Farm from Sussex Wildlife Trust

Grazing @chesworthfarm: Pygmy goats,  Texel sheep and llamas are alternating between Little Horsham Hill or Back Field. The HDC grazing flock of 10, mostly Hebridean, sheep are now shorn and are in the enclosed Riverside fields for the next few weeks. 

#sharechesworthfarm: dog walkers are reminded of the Countryside Code: “When you take your dog into the outdoors, always ensure it does not disturb wildlife, farm animals, horses or other people by keeping it under effective control.” More details can be found at Countryside Code

Horse-riders and cyclists please keep to the bridleways. These cross the site E-W or N-S. If you are on a diagonal field path, you are not on track.
